We maintain a pool of over 100 manual survey staff who conduct a wide range of quantitative and qualitative surveys. These team members support our video-based surveys, such as queue length observations and carry out standalone fieldwork including bus occupancy counts, station surveys, and interviews. All our staff are highly experienced in various survey methods and work on these projects daily.
